What types of wristbands do you supply?

We supply a range of wristbands for event admission control, security and promotional purposes, we can provide solutions to suit a wide range of budgets and requirements. Our products can be customised online and are produced at the highest quality. How secure are your wristbands?

Our event wristbands are incredibly secure and are trusted among some of the biggest festivals in the UK and Europe, we have a number of patents on our fabric locks which are tamper proof and non-transferrable.... Most of our wristbands are a single use design, meaning once they have been applied to a wrist, the only way they can be removed is to be cut off, making it impossible to be passed on to another user.

What is RFID?

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is a term describing a wireless, non contact system that uses radio waves to transfer data from a carrier to a device, for the purpose of identification. Demand for RFID at large festivals and events is growing as it provides better security for visitors and staff, as well as improving entry admission, reducing queue times at the gates as well as food and drinks vendors who don't need to handle cash. RFID allows you to capture customer data easily, monitor crowd capacity and integrate with social media platforms, allowing more opportunities to drive revenue at your event.

Can you print barcodes on your wristbands?

I can't find what I am looking for online... Can you help me?

You may not be able to find exactly what you need from our products we have online, perhaps there is a specific colour / shape or special requirement you have for a wristband or pass, or you want to create something completely bespoke. ARTWORK & DESIGN

Can I create my own design online?

You can create your own designs for a range of our products online by using our easy online designer tool. Not only can you design your own wristbands, you can also create laminate passes, lanyards and ID cards. Start your custom design online here.

Can I add my own logo and text to a wristband?

Yes you can, use our easy online design tool and create your own custom products here.

What are the requirements for adding my own artwork?

We recommend that any artwork you upload for your designs are of a print quality standard, ideally with a resolution of 300dpi.

Preferably any images you upload will be EPS Vector files, although you can also upload PNG, JPG, and JPEGs.

How can I send/upload completed artwork?

We don't currently have a function to upload completed artwork online, but we are working on this!

If you have a completed piece of artwork that you would like to send to us, we recommend that you complete your order online, by creating a blank design with the term "ARTWORK EMAILED" added to the design, then send your artwork to [email protected], making sure to include your order reference.

Do you have downloadable artwork templates?

Most of our product pages include a link to download an editable PDF template that you can add your own artwork to. Check the product descriptions for the available links.

I'm trying to upload my artwork but it's not working...

Will I get an artwork proof before my order is printed?

Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email from us (ensure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it within a few minutes). You will be able to see a preview of your design/s and there will be a link to view the full proof online. If you spot an issue or a mistake with your design, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] or calling us +44 (0) 845 450 7085 so this can be rectified quickly.

I can't see the correct colour I require on the designer, can you match it?

Our custom Woven Wristbands and Printed Lanyards offer the flexibility to be matched to a pantone colour. If you can't find what you are looking for, please get in touch with the sales team at [email protected]

PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

How do I order online?

Whether you are looking to order a customisable product or ready-made stock, it's really easy to order online! Simply browse the website for your required items or use the search bar at the top of the page to find what you are looking for. When you view a product page, you will either see an option to customise it or add to basket. If you are designing your own item, follow the steps using our online design tool and add to the basket. When you have all the items in your basket that you need, you can view and edit the basket, you will be able to remove items, edit your designs or amend the quantities before heading to the checkout stage. The checkout process will take you through a number of steps, asking you to fill out your shipping and billing address details, then you will be asked to select a delivery option. Here you will be able to see the estimated despatch date for your order. This will be followed by the payment stage, where you will be asked to enter your card details or pay via PayPal. You will then be asked to confirm your order, once your order is confirmed, you will see an order succes page with your reference number. You will also receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes - be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

Prices across the site are shown without VAT (although in the product pages you will see the VAT included price in brackets), the VAT is calculated and added in the basket total and at the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard, we also accept American Express via Paypal Express checkout. Orders placed offline can also be paid via BACS.

Do you allow credit accounts?

We do not currently offer credit accounts for online orders, if you would like to discuss payment options, please call our sales team on +44 (0) 845 450 7085.

Can I amend my order?

If your order has not been processed and put into production yet, we should be able to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please call us on +44 (0) 845 450 7085 as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Providing your order has not been processed and put into production yet, we will be able to cancel your order, we advise you to call us ASAP on +44 (0) 845 450 7085.

Can I see a sample before buying?

You can request samples via our online sample request form. Please note, we are unable to produce custom samples for your designs due to the production costs and times for some products, you will be sent a range of our stock samples instead.

Will I save money if I order more?

All of our products have price breaks based on volume, typically the more you buy, the lower the unit cost of each product, so essentially you will save money if you order more units.

Can I place a repeat order without creating a re-design?

If you have signed up for an online account, you will be able to access your previous orders online by going to the "My Account" section and then go into "My Orders". From here you will be able to reorder any items from your previous online orders, providing you were signed in when you placed those orders. When you click "Reorder", the items will automatically be added to your basket with any custom designs you had created.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

How soon will I get my order?

The lead times depend on which items you have ordered from us, we advise to carefully check the stated lead times on the individual product pages before placing your order. You should also see an estimated delivery date in your shopping basket and also when you are checking out.

Here is a list of estimated lead times for our most popular products:

  • Tyvek Wristbands: 1-2 business days
  • Vinyl Wristbands: 3-5 business days
  • Fabric Wristbands: 2-3 weeks
  • Express Silicone Wristbands: 1-3 business Days
  • Other Silicone Wristbands: 2-3 weeks
  • Printed Lanyards: 2-3 weeks
  • Laminate Passes: 2 weeks

If you have opted for Express Delivery, your order will be prioritised for shipment once it is ready to be despatched from our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: if you have ordered customised products such as fabric wristbands or printed lanyards and opted for Express delivery, your order will be dispatched on a priority service once the production process is complete, ensure to check the lead times on the product pages prior to placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I need my order before the stated lead time?

If you need a product urgenty and before the delivery date stated on the product page, please contact us directly on +44 (0) 845 450 7085 to see if we can speed up the order process.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details and a link on where to track your order online.

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return any ready-made or stock items, they must be returned within 14 days undamaged and their original packaging. Please contact us so that we can send you a returns form to complete and send back to us with your order.

For customised orders, we cannot accept returns unless there is a problem with the order due to a production or manufacturing fault. If there is a problem with your order due to goods being damaged or an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 845 450 7085.
