- Use our custom lanyard design tool and create a lanyard from scratch. You can pick colors, pre-made cool designs, add text and upload your own logos.
- If you are comfortable with design apps like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, you can download one of our custom lanyard templates, create your design and then upload it to our lanyard designer.
- If you aren't the creative type or simply don't have the time, we can design the lanyards for you, for free. Just email us your logos and design ideas. We'll create your design and send you a mock-up to approve.

How does dye sublimation work?
Dye sublimation printing transfers colorful images onto fabric, ceramics, metal, and other materials. The process involves printing a digital image onto a transfer paper using sublimation ink. This paper is then placed directly on top of the desired material and subjected to heat and pressure using a heat press machine.
The heat and pressure transforms sublimation ink into a gas that gets absorbed by the material's open polymer structure. After the cooling process, the gas solidifies, permanently embedding the dye ink in the material. This results in a high-resolution, full-color image that's an integral part of the material rather than a surface layer.
How long does a dye sublimation process last?
Dye sublimation printing is considered to be faster compared to other printing methods. The printing duration depends on the size of the image, equipment used, and design complexity. Typically, printing a standard item like a lanyard or a wristband takes a few minutes. Heat pressing to transfer the image could take 30 seconds to a few minutes, depending on the material. Small to medium-sized sublimation projects usually take 10 to 15 minutes, with larger or intricate projects potentially requiring more time.
What are dye sublimation lanyards made of?
Our dye sublimation lanyards are made of polyester material. Polyester is durable, lightweight, and works perfectly for the dye sublimation printing process. The smooth surface of polyester allows for high-quality and vibrant prints that are a hallmark of dye sublimation. These lanyards are not only functional for holding badges, keys, or ID cards but also serve as an excellent canvas for displaying logos, branding, and custom designs. Polyester lanyards are comfortable to wear and offer a long-lasting and visually appealing solution for various events, conferences, and promotional activities.
