Global deal pairs Mem-re's patented Experiential platform with Avery's RFID credentials, giving live events, sports and hospitality brands a single source for smarter, more experience-rich products.
September 3, 2026 — Mem-re, the platform turning event credentials into lasting digital memories, and Avery Products Corporation (“Avery”) a global leader in RFID-enabled event and hospitality credentials, today announced a global partnership built around a preferred agreement for customized, RFID-powered credentials.
Under the agreement, RFID wristbands, badges, and cards produced by Avery’s ID&C and RFID Hotel businesses will be built to integrate natively with the Mem-re platform—transforming a traditional credential from a simple tool for access into a ‘smart hub’ for the entire guest experience.
With a single tap, fans and guests can enter a dynamic, personalized experience tied specifically to that event, venue, artist, brand, or moment. Powered by Mem-re’s patented platform, the credential can evolve throughout the journey from Know Before You Go and pre-event content, to real-time engagement, augmented reality, personalized content, merchandise, offers, giveaways, and sponsor activations during the experience, to a post-event destination where guests can relive, contribute to, save, and preserve the memory long after the moment is over.
Together, Avery and Mem-re give event organizers, artists, venues, and hospitality brands a preferred path to credentials that do far more than grant access. They create a persistent connection between the physical credential, the digital experience, and the memory it represents while opening new opportunities for engagement, first-party relationships, commerce, sponsorship, and personalization that were previously impossible with a standard RFID wristband, badge, or card.
Access becomes the entry point. The credential becomes the Smart Hub. And the experience becomes a memory worth keeping.
The announcement formalizes a relationship that Mem-re and Avery have spent the past year proving at scale, supporting major artist tours including Conan Gray, Xavi, and Machine Gun Kelly, as well as marquee sporting events across the NBA, NHL, and FIFA World Cup.
The new global partnership builds on that momentum, creating a preferred path to connect Avery’s physical credentials with Mem-re’s patented platform across live entertainment, sports, hospitality, and beyond turning access into engagement, commerce, and lasting memories.
“A wristband or badge shouldn’t just get you through the gate. It should unlock the entire experience instantly, with a tap, without requiring an app, and give you a way to return to that moment for years to come,” said Spencer Combs, CEO of Mem-re. Spencer added: “Together with Avery, we’re turning the credential into the digital key for the entire journey: before, during, and long after the event. By combining Avery’s global scale and manufacturing expertise with Mem-re’s patented platform, we can make every credential a Smart Hub for the experience, and ultimately, a portal back to the memory.”
"RFID Hotel and ID&C have spent decades perfecting the physical side of the credential, the wristbands, badges and keycards that events and hotels depend on every single day," said Craig Bennett, General Manager of ID&C and RFID Hotel at Avery Products Corporation. Craig added: "Mem-re gives that same piece of hardware a second life as a digital experience. Formalizing this as a preferred global partnership means our customers get a proven, integrated solution instead of stitching one together themselves, and it opens up entirely new revenue lines for organizers through gifting and other commercial opportunities we simply couldn't offer before."
The partnership will span global markets, with an initial focus on custom credentials for live events, concerts, festivals, sports and hospitality, the same markets where ID&C and RFID Hotel, two of Avery's direct-to-consumer businesses, already supply RFID-enabled badges, cards and wristbands to organizers around the world. As the preferred credential and experience partner, Mem-re and Avery expect to expand the offering into additional verticals, including corporate events, theme parks and travel, over the course of the partnership.
