Accessibility Statement for ID&C
ID&C is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to ensure our websites meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.
Compliance Status
Our websites (including idcband.com, idcgo.fr, and idcgo.es) are currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. While many accessibility standards have already been implemented, some areas still require further improvement to ensure full compliance.
Areas for Improvement
We are aware of the following issues and are taking steps to address them:
- Consistent Navigation & UI Patterns: Some pages (especially on idcband.com) require refinements to improve consistency and accessibility across the user journey.
- Text Alternatives for Non-Text Content: Certain non-text elements may not yet have descriptive alt text.
- Keyboard Navigation Support: Some interactive components are not fully operable by keyboard alone.
- Skip to Content Link: This feature is missing, limiting keyboard user efficiency.
- Public Accessibility Statement: Until now, this formal statement had not been published; this is being resolved through this declaration.
- PDF Accessibility (idcband.com): Some downloadable documents are not yet structured for screen reader compatibility.
We are prioritising fixes for these issues and incorporating accessibility testing into our ongoing development cycles.
