Our team will review your submitted artwork to ensure it meets the requirements for print. This includes checking that the resolution is suitable and that your file is ready for production.
If your artwork meets the necessary standards, it will be sent straight to production.
If we identify any issues—such as low resolution or file setup—we will contact you via email to discuss the next steps. Where required, you will have the option to upgrade to our design service, which involves additional costs and may affect lead times.

What materials are used in the recycled fabric wristband?
rPET Febric wristbands with satin finish and bamboo lock are made of recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycled from plastic bottles.
Is the bamboo lock completely plastic-free?
The lock is made of plastic barrel lock and incased in a bamboo shell, which reduces the use of plastic by 50% comparing to standard security lock options.
