If we identify any issues—such as low resolution or file setup—we will contact you via email to discuss the next steps. Where required, you will have the option to upgrade to our design service, which involves additional costs and may affect lead times.

Are wide Tyvek wristbands waterproof, or will they tear if wet?
They are water-resistant and designed for outdoor use. Rain, sweat, and handwashing won’t affect performance, but they are still designed as single-use paper-like wristbands and not suitable for activities involving full water exposure. The ink printed on the Tyvek could run or wash off when wet.
How fast can I receive wide Tyvek wristbands for my event?
All our 25mm wide Tyvek wristbands are printed and stocked in the UK, ensuring fast turnaround times. Next day delivery is available when you order before 2pm, Monday to Thursday (Friday orders will arrive on the next working day).
Can attendees remove or reuse these wristbands once applied?
No. The adhesive closure is tamper-evident. Once applied, it must be torn to remove, preventing transfer between attendees.
What kind of design works best with black-only printing?
High-contrast designs work best: logos, bold text, numbering, and simple graphics. Fine detail and shading are limited due to single-colour printing.
What is the Tyvek material?
Tyvek is a synthetic material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibres. The fibres stick together without the need for extra glue. The Tyvek material feels and looks like paper but is more durable.
Are these wristbands the most cost-effective option for large events?
Yes. For high-volume events, they are the most economical solution, while still providing secure, fast access control at scale.
Are the wristbands suitable for a one-day event or longer use?
They are best for single-day events or short-duration access (up to 24–48 hours). For multi-day use, fabric is a more suitable material.
