All printed fabric wristbands arrive assembled allowing the band to be easily tightened to the size of any wrist by the customer, making them suitable for all ages. Use our Artwork Check Service for added peace of mind before production. This service is automatically applied to all uploaded artwork.
Our team will review your submitted artwork to ensure it meets the requirements for print. This includes checking that the resolution is suitable and that your file is ready for production.
If your artwork meets the necessary standards, it will be sent straight to production.
If we identify any issues—such as low resolution or file setup—we will contact you via email to discuss the next steps. Where required, you will have the option to upgrade to our design service, which involves additional costs and may affect lead times.

Printed Fabric Wristband FAQ's
How long can these fabric wristbands be worn comfortably?
Premium printed fabric wristbands are designed for multi-day events, typically 2–7 days or longer. The soft fabric and satin finish make them comfortable to wear continuously, including during sleep and active use. They resist fraying, stretching, and fading—making them ideal for extended use and often kept as souvenirs by attendees.
Are they waterproof enough for multi-day festivals?
Yes. The dye-sublimation printing process and satin polyester material make these wristbands water-resistant and quick-drying, perfect for outdoor events, festivals, and wet conditions.
What’s the difference between printed and woven fabric wristbands?
Printed fabric wristbands allow for vivid, full-colour designs, including detailed logos, gradients, and edge-to-edge artwork. In contrast, woven wristbands are better suited for simpler text and logos due to their stitched construction.
Printed wristbands are made from soft satin polyester, offering a smooth, high-definition finish ideal for brand visibility and artwork accuracy. If you're looking for the traditional textured festival look, check out our woven fabric wristbands.
Are these suitable for premium or VIP events?
Yes. The satin finish, full colour print, and high-quality fabric create a more premium look and feel, making them ideal for VIP, hospitality, or branded experiences.
Can I print on both sides of the wristband?
Yes! We offer full-colour, edge-to-edge printing on both sides of the wristband. If you choose single-sided printing, the reverse side will remain white.
Which closure option should I choose for better security?
Each wristband is fitted with a flat black barrel lock as standard, which features a tamper-proof, one-way sliding mechanism. Once tightened, the lock cannot be loosened or reused.
- For security: choose a barrel lock or side-loaded lock (non-transferable, one-way fit)
- Eco-friendly option: choose a bamboo lock (secure with a lower-impact outer shell)
- Reusable or adjustable: choose an adjustable bead or flat lock
For paid or restricted access, barrel locks are the most secure choice.
