Our professional design team will personally check your design to make sure it is 100% production ready, and email you a digital proof if changes are needed.
Our team will:
-Check your artwork will print correctly on the product and if no changes are needed send straight to production.
-Resize or scale your artwork as needed
-Apply your design to our templates as needed
-Convert colours to CMYK as needed
-Proof your spelling and check for grammatical errors
If any changes are needed we will email a digital proof for confirmation prior to production. Please check your email address with any emails from our design team and respond as soon as possible, as a delay in response may effect your lead time.
Printed Fabric Wristband FAQ's
How are these different from woven fabric wristbands?
Printed fabric wristbands allow for vivid, full-colour designs, including detailed logos, gradients, and edge-to-edge artwork. In contrast, woven wristbands are better suited for simpler text and logos due to their stitched construction.
Printed wristbands are made from soft satin polyester, offering a smooth, high-definition finish ideal for brand visibility and artwork accuracy. If you're looking for the traditional textured festival look, check out our woven fabric wristbands.
How secure are premium printed fabric wristbands?
Very secure. Each wristband is fitted with a flat black barrel lock as standard, which features a tamper-proof, one-way sliding mechanism. Once tightened, the lock cannot be loosened or reused.
Additionally, the satin polyester material is anti-stretch, preventing wearers from slipping the wristband off—ensuring single-use access control.
Can I print on both sides of the wristband?
Yes! We offer full-colour, edge-to-edge printing on both sides of the wristband. If you choose single-sided printing, the reverse side will remain white.
Are premium printed fabric wristbands waterproof?
Yes. The dye-sublimation printing process and satin polyester material make these wristbands water-resistant and quick-drying, perfect for outdoor events, festivals, and wet conditions.
How long do they last?
