Our professional design team will personally check your design to make sure it is 100% production ready, and email you a digital proof if changes are needed.

Our team will:

-Check your artwork will print correctly on the product and if no changes are needed send straight to production.

-Resize or scale your artwork as needed

-Apply your design to our templates as needed

-Convert colours to CMYK as needed

-Proof your spelling and check for grammatical errors

If any changes are needed we will email a digital proof for confirmation prior to production. Please check your email address with any emails from our design team and respond as soon as possible, as a delay in response may effect your lead time.

How to Order Variable Data Event Badges

Personalise your badges with names, job titles, company details, or other bespoke information using variable data printing - it’s a simple process.

Download the spreadsheet - use our template to enter your variable data. You can include up to 4 fields.

Choose your variable data template - select where you would like your variable data located

Upload the spreadsheet - select variable data and upload the spreadsheet on the product page.

Design your badge - either upload a design or create one with our designer. design of your badge, ensuring the design works with the variable data fields on the template. We'll populate these with the variable data you've uploaded.

Place your order - submit your order, and we'll add your variable data to the badges. Our design team will check the data, send you over a mock up and let you know if there are any issues with the data; this will help ensure all the badges are correct. If this data looks correct these badges will be sent straight into production. If your badges require any changes we will notify you of the changes needed. This will potentially affect lead time, so please respond promptly.

Printing & delivery - We’ll print and deliver your badges with your variable data.

If you want your data in a different location, please get in touch with us directly.

Alternatively, you can add serialisation, which will generate sequential numbering with a 4-digit format starting from your chosen number.
