We are committed to continuing to support our customers, both within the EU and other markets.
We did everything we could to prepare for the UK’s departure from the EU on 31 December 2020 to allow us to continue shipping into the EU.
We have been accredited as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) (Registration No: GB656130940000). Not only is this certification recognised by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) it reflects our status as a Trusted Trader.
This accreditation exists across the UK and EU and gives us a better chance of avoiding delays by fast-tracking shipments at UK ports through simplified customs procedures. It also helps to prevent smuggling, tampering, false documentation, identify fraud, and theft.

Return Policy
For custom or personalised products, you are generally not entitled to cancel your order after it has been accepted by ID&C or completed online. However, at our discretion, we may offer to refund such an order either partially or in full, but we can deduct an administration charge of up to 25% of the order value from any refund .
If you consider any goods unsuitable, unfit for purpose, or if they arrive damaged, you have the right to return them and request a refund. This request must be made within 14 days of delivery. Note that this right to return does not apply to custom or personalised products unless they are faulty or not as described .
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once accepted/completed unless we provide written agreement and you agree to cover any costs/losses incurred as a result .
