Our festival bursary is back – bigger and better than ever!

Since the Launch of our Grass Roots Festival Bursary in 2011 we have awarded a small UK independent festival with money off their Wristbands, Lanyards, and credentials to help them on their journey to become a successful UK festival. This year we are changing this to not only include new festivals, but to include any festival!

 

Who can enter?

Any Festival or Event which has is happening in 2024.

What can you spend it on?

The bursary can be used across the full range of our products from wristbands, lanyards, security passes, vehicle passes and festival guides. We also offer a range of RFID technology, eco-friendly products and registration software solutions that can all be customised to your requirements by our inhouse design team.

How to enter?

ID&C have strong core values which combined with our passion for providing an excellent service drives our success as industry leaders in event accreditation. We are looking for festivals that share similar values to apply and we would love to know how the questions below apply to you and make your festival successful.

COMMUNITY – How do you engage your festival community encouraging them to be welcoming, inclusive and fun while embracing and accepting the differences?

ADAPT – How are you adapting, preparing, and challenging the norm in the ever-changing festival world?

We will select a winner by the 5th April 2024!

 

What happens if I don’t win?

As a special for 2024 if you enter the bursary but are unsuccessful in winning, we will offer you 15% discount off your festival for this year!

 

Terms and conditions

-£3000 off festival accreditation in exchange for:- 4 tickets to the festival to be used by our marketing team to create live content, imagery and videos of our products in use, and a case study from yourselves after the event.
-All orders must be placed 6 weeks prior to the delivery date.
-Bursary must be used in 2024.
-All existing contracts with ID&C may be excluded.
