  • Where can I purchase my RFID Wristbands and Event Badges?

    You can purchase RFID wristbands and RFID event passes directly from ID&C. Choose from our wide range of custom options, chip types and security features, please contact our team for special pricing.

  • Do you offer event fulfillment services - like packaging and custom delivery?

    Yes, we offer a full event fulfillment service with ID&C Push Pass. This includes bespoke printing, packaging, posting and delivery of your RFID wristbands and event badges directly to your attendees. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

  • What if my event has over 5,000 guests?

    Evnt Pass is designed for events with up to 5000 guests. For larger events, ID&C has over 30 years of experience in the live events industry so we are able to connect you with the perfect system integrator from our network of vendors and partners. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll work with you to ensure you have a seamless RFID experience.

  • Does EVNT Pass offer Cashless Payments?

    No, EVNT Pass does not offer an onsite Cashless Payment solution. If you have an interest in these services, we can talk you thought your options and connect you with one of our integration partners.

  • Will I need Wi-Fi at my event site?

    Although we HIGHLY recommend that you have Wi-Fi on site, a mobile network option can be provided if needed. This allows the devices to run completely on a mobile service to ensure we always have a smooth communication between RFID scanners and our event management software. 

  • How long will it take to set up on-site?

    Setup time can vary based on your event, but typically, we recommend allowing 1 to 2 hours for a smooth setup of RFID systems and equipment.

  • How many RFID scanners will I need?

    The number of RFID scanners required depends on the size of your event and the expected attendee flow. We can provide a tailored recommendation based on your event layout and entry points and zones.
  • How many RFID wristbands and event badges will I need?

    The quantity of wristbands, lanyards & badges needed will depend on your expected attendance and event type. We recommend ordering extras to account for last-minute registrations or replacements.

  • What happens after my event is over?

    After your event, you will need to send the scanners back. We can help by arranging a collection from your event site or office. We will then provide you with a detailed report that includes data analytics, attendance metrics, and insights on user engagement.

  • Is the delivery included or is that extra?

    There’s a delivery cost not only for the credentials, but also the scanners. Those delivery fee’s will be included on your quote. You will be responsible to get the scanner case shipped back after the event.
